Cnoc Suan is a beautifully presented detached cottage resting in the quiet village of Aughavas, County Leitrim. It comprises four bedrooms; two ground floor doubles with en-suite shower rooms, a ground floor double and a twin, sleeping eight altogether. There is also a bathroom inside, as well as a kitchen/diner with open fire, utility and sitting room with open fire. To the exterior is ample off-road parking, a front patio with furniture and patio to the rear with furniture under a pergola. Cnoc Suan promises a memorable stay in a lovely region of Ireland.

The village is conveniently situated so that many of the inland attractions are within easy reach including Carrick-on-Shannon, often referred to as Ireland's ‘cruising capital’ and home to plenty of shops, pubs and eateries. Families can enjoy days out at Lough Key Forest and Activity Park and with so many lakes on your doorstep, Leitrim truly is an angler's paradise.
