The presentable villa, which is located on the hill of Cap Vermell above the sea, like a Castell, does not just look nice through rose-coloured glasses. Aside from the modern living comfort and the fantastic views, it also offers a versatile outdoor area: Our guests walk up and down the stairs from floor to floor to follow the terraces' sun or shade and they walk down the public path to the beach of Canyamel. If you would prefer to go without the latter while on holiday, you can take the car from the park deck and take the road, which will also get you down to the beach. Is the stunning view of the sparkling bay enough for you? Then just spend the day lying around. Behind the panorama banisters, in and by the protected pool, on the sun lounger, or in the lounge with a wooden roof, and always keep a soft drink or some bubbly at hand in the mobile cooler. One can get used to that kind of (luxury) life...

Even though "Torre de Heretat" is spread over four floors, it is easy to keep an overview. Watch our video for a non-binding tour. Let us start downstairs, even though you will arrive on the upper floor with your car (where the washing machine and the freezer are located in the tower). The lavishly padded, light-flooded living room with an integrated, fully-equipped kitchen and common room for all-rounders (you can take that literally!) is the house's centre. From here, you can directly access the pool and the BBQ terrace. There is of course a guest bathroom on this floor. The floor above, which you can also reach with the spiral staircase outside, is completely claimed by the palatial bedroom with ocean view. You can get out of the XXL double bed and dance across the marble floors to the en-suite bathroom and jump in the shower or bathtub in the corner, perhaps even with sun rays streaming in through the open window. You will enjoy many blue hours in behind these pillars... No less inviting are the three other double rooms on the next floor, which are furnished with much wood (one of them has an en-suite bathroom, the other two have a shared bathroom, the beds are 1.5 m wide); the round arch terrace brings you closer to the sky.
