This pet friendly property offers 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4) and is positioned in a peaceful and secluded location along a farm track in Grinkle on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors and Coast and showcasing breath-taking panoramas of the sea and surrounding countryside.

Step inside and you’ll find a picture perfect escape with beautiful interiors, underfloor heating and gorgeous original features. Or, if you’re wanting to explore further afield, it’s just a short trip into nearby Easington or Staithes. Where you’ll find a great selection of independent shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs, as well as plenty of tail wag worthy trails for all abilities.

Seaview has been sublimely updated to offer every 21st century comfort. Combining 2 bedrooms and bathrooms and an open plan living area complete with wood burning stove and just perfect for a family holiday, group of friends or couples in search of some space and quietude.


The open plan living space comes complete with a traditional beamed ceiling, multi-fuel burner, 42″ smart TV, Blu-ray DVD player, coffee table and plush seating to curl up on and is the perfect hideaway all year round. With French windows opening out onto the sea-facing deck during summer months to create even more space and showcase spectacular views of the surrounding countryside and coast.

The dining area will easily seat 6, whilst the outdoor decking is ideal for a BBQ and made for summer nights. There are plenty of tail-wag worthy walks from the doorstep, too and we welcome one large or two small dogs (due to the layout we cannot make exceptions).

There is onsite parking of one car in the allocated parking area.

Bed linen, fuel, power, towels and WiFi are offered, as well as starter fuel for the log burner. A welcome pack is also provided for all guests.
