The beautiful, detached villa with separate apartment, with sea views from all rooms (except games room), can accommodate up to 10 people (the indicated price refers to a maximum occupancy of 10 people). Additional 2 persons in a flat on request.

The villa is suitable for family / s with children. Individuals and couples can rent the apartment separately on request, if the villa is not occupied.

The entrance area is located in the upper living area. This includes a large, cozy living room with fireplace, an adjoining conservatory with access to the outdoor terrace, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet.

In the middle level there are 4 bedrooms, which provide sleeping facilities for 10 people. This includes 3 bathrooms.

The pool (10.5m x 5.5m) on the large terrace offers enough seating and berths and incredible views of the sea and the Pyrenees. Cozy, warm evenings with barbecue and swimming pleasure are guaranteed.

The apartment offers additional space for 2 people. It can be accessed separately from the outside and has its own kitchen and bathroom. On the terrace is a spacious dining area with retractable awning, 6m long.

Central heating and 2 fireplaces make the villa an unforgettable experience even in winter.

The Mediterranean, tropical-looking garden is planted with huge rosemary and lavender bushes, cactus, yucca, olive, mimosa and eucalyptus trees, fragrant rose bushes and palm trees and offers a wonderful view of the sea and mountains.

Suitable for families with children and dog owners (garden 15 ares, completely and safely fenced).

Location: It is only 5 minutes by car to the kilometer-long white sandy beach of Roses and numerous shops.
