All the more reason for us to be proud to present you with the villa "Eivissa"; its location close to the sea and many top features make it a very enticing property. It is located on a private estate of over 3,500 m², surrounded not just with a Mallorcan, but also a slightly Ibizan one thanks to the look of the property itself, allowing you to enjoy a completely unique atmosphere here. The architecture very skilfully combines the authentic with the modern. The terraces, facing in different directions, offer a great place to linger and relax at your leisure – as does the sunbathing zone around your own pool and the roof terrace. This holiday home has an abundance of potential favourite spots for you to gradually discover during your stay. The extra-long pool has pretty blue mosaic stones and is comfortably accessible via steps. Pool loungers invite you to sunbathe lavishly and unwind. You can also enjoy a cool drink or snack here. Two parasols are available if you need protection from strong UV rays. On mild evenings, you can perhaps prepare and savour something from the BBQ, maybe using fresh regional ingredients you brought home from the market. The covered terrace right by the house is also a wonderful place to enjoy meals. Here, there are comfortable seats and a table ready and waiting for the appreciative holidaymakers, who might like to sit outside at breakfast time and plan the day ahead with a steaming cup of coffee and views of the sky. Further first-class viewing points are, as already mentioned, on the viewing terrace on the first floor – idyllic far-reaching views are guaranteed here!

This charming house has been lovingly furnished, offering everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Light walls, ceilings, and floors blend invitingly with tasteful furniture, some of it white, wooden windows, and subtle accessories. There are two double bedrooms and a bathroom, making the house ideally suited to a couple wanting to have an undisturbed romantic holiday. The villa is exceptionally suited to a small family too. The open-plan living/dining room, with access to the terrace, offers a comfortable sofa area for relaxing, with the fireplace as well as a flat-screen satellite TV conveniently located here. You can enjoy a wonderful indoor meal at the white dining table. The integrated black and white kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric kettle, filter, and capsule coffee maker. In the bedrooms you will find pretty colour accents combining with mainly white tones, which give a cosy atmosphere and which will surely guarantee a much longed-for relaxing night's sleep. One of the two bedrooms has a bunk bed, comfortably designed with a wider-than-normal bottom half. This tasteful design continues through into the daylight bathroom, which is comfortable and modern and even has a hydromassage tub. Irons and hair dryers are available here and can of course be used by the guests.

Cala Santanyí is just a few kilometres from Santanyí. Its cove with fine sandy beach and turquoise-blue water is perfect for taking a dip. It is surrounded by cliffs and has a very charming atmosphere, with only a few hotels. Before the coast is the rock Es Pontas, which the surf of the sea has formed into a natural archway out of limestone. The twin bay of Cala Mondrago with its two beautiful sandy beaches is only about 15 minutes away by car. The national park, Parc Natural de Mondrago, is on the country road between S'Alqueria Blanca and Santanyí. There are inviting walking and cycle paths through the nature reserve with its unique flora and fauna.
