The cottage has an independent access with barbecue and garden, outdoor patio with table and chairs, 2 deckchairs to relax, inside you will find a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and microwave, electric kettle, table with chairs, kit for breakfast in a gift with a bottle of house wine. The villa is developed all on one floor about 40sqm where inside there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. A bathroom with shower, small living room with TV and sofa. Alternatively, if you prefer a cultural holiday, you can find the Roman subterranean museum inside the Old Post directly in our town and 5 km from our structure the Etruscan necropolis of Cerveteri with its museum and the castle of Santa Severa (where countless events) to 15 km the castle of Bracciano where you can book guided tours. All this without forgetting the proximity to the eternal city Rome (only 30km) numerous train connections every 20 min. For those who come by car the Tuscany Region and the capital Florence, such as Pisa and Siena can be visited only 200 / 250km away. At the same distance you can reach Naples, Caserta and the Amalfi Coast.
