This holiday home with swimming pool is located between the territories of Modica and Noto, in the south-east area of Sicily, ideal for a stay in contact with nature. At your disposal a large veranda, garden, barbecue area and private parking. Four-legged friends are welcome. Inserted in the Modica countryside between the baroque of Noto and Siracusa and that of Modica and Ragusa Ibla (UNESCO World Heritage Sites), in about 15 minutes by car you can reach the beaches of San Lorenzo, the Vendicari Nature Reserve and the Calamosche beach, which overlook the Ionian Sea, at about the same distance are also the beaches of Carratois, Santa Maria del Focallo, Pozzallo, Marina di Modica and Sampieri which overlook the Mediterranean sea. In the farms in the area you can taste the typical Sicilian dairy products: cheese, provola and fresh ricotta. The typical Sicilian dishes can be tasted in the farmhouses and trattorias in Noto, Rosolini, Modica, Pachino and Portopalo di Capo Passero. Both in summer and in winter, festivals and events are organized such as: the Infiorata in Noto in May, the international cinema festival in Marzamemi in July, the cherry tomato festival in Pachino in August, the fish festival in Pozzallo in August, the “arancino” festival in August. Wine lovers can visit the cellars where the Moscato di Noto and Nero D'Avola are produced. The house consists of four bedrooms, two kitchens with electric and wood-burning oven, three bathrooms, a large living room with fireplace.
