Vendimia is a traditional-style country house in the rural part of Benissa. Located in the Vinyent area, in just a few minutes by car you will get to the sea and have all the necessary services (supermarkets, gas stations, banks…) available in the town of Benissa close at hand.
If you love hiking, the area offers a wide range of routes, so you delight yourself with the nature and views of the Costa Blanca, as for example the Route of Hermitages.
Vendimia is dominated by a large terrace with a built barbecue perfect for celebrating pleasant family or friends’ gatherings around the pool. In Vendimia you will spend a holiday sunbathing in the deck chairs around the pool with views to a garden that combines bushes and rocks.
The house is distributed over two levels and it is decorated with a traditional and cosy Mediterranean rustic decoration.
On the ground floor there is a glazed riurau (a structure similar to a porch), a room present in almost every rural construction. It is Vendimia’s perfect place for keeping yourself cool during the heat of the day during summer or having long table talks with friends. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped open kitchen as well; a living-dining room with a chimney and a bathroom with a hydro massage bathtub.
On the upper part of Vendimia you will find the room zone. Besides a complete bathroom with everything you may need there are three cosy bedrooms, where you will have a refreshing rest before waking up among vineyards and singing birds.
