The house is located inside a building with access supervised by a guardian and surrounded by a unique landscape, characterized by a beautiful bay in the south, while in the north you can enjoy the view over the promontory of Punta S'Aschivoni. On the ground floor a covered terrace / veranda that will provide you a breathtaking view either over the sand dunes and over the sea that got lost in he horizon. The terrace is equipped with barbecue and garden table and chairs for outside eating. Here you will have the right space to enjoy the sun and the equipped beach with beach loungers, beach umbrellas, bar and restaurant. The ideal location of the house will allow you to hike in the wilderness or with the bikes in the dunes, but also to discover the hinterland of the Giara (70 km) with its wild horses. The natural thermal baths of Sardara at about 30 km are perfect for those looking for total relax and in the restaurants of the nearby picturesque village of fishermen Marceddi (14 km) you can enjoy excellent fresh seafood.
