Villa Silvia is a very quaint, cute, cottage style house with amazing views out over the surrounding countryside and Lima Valley, made even more dramatic by the use of a gorgeous infinity pool.
For anyone looking for a peaceful holiday this is the perfect retreat. Here, you are tucked away with the beautiful countryside of Northern Portugal all around you.
The house itself is of the traditional stone build with a spacious farmhouse kitchen. Whilst having all the modern conveniences, little touches such as the wooden shutters and internal stonework let you know that you are in Northern Portugal. The house has two living areas – one downstairs with satellite TV and one upstairs for reading, chatting enjoying a glass of wine after dinner. The sleeping accommodation consists of three bedrooms, the master double and a further two bedrooms sharing a shower room on the ground floor. Outside, whilst sunbathing, enjoying a barbeque, or taking a swim in the infinity pool, the view is ever present, adding to the tranquillity of your surroundings. When you do decide to venture out the oldest town in Portugal, Ponte de Lima, is just under a ten minute drive away and you have many beautiful golden sand beaches within easy driving distance.
