Spend an unforgettable vacation at this terraced house with shared pool and near the beach in Playa de Oliva. It has capacity for 6 guests.

After a long beach day, nothing like a refreshing dip in the shared chlorine pool. It sizes 8x4.5 metres while his depth goes from 0.5 to 1.80 metres. After that, children can play a while in the lawn while you relax sunbathing on one of the sunbeds. The shared areas also feature a barbecue to prepare delicious grilled meats and vegetables to enjoy at the house terrace. The terrace over the street presents a seating area to take a cocktail in the evening, and an outside dining table to have lunch or dinner comfortably outdoors. This house is a semi-detached and the pool and the rest of community areas are shared with only one house more.

This beautiful semi.detached house has 90 m2 and two floors. From the terrace we enter the comfortable living-dining room where we can watch TV while resting on one of the sofas and refreshing with the air conditioning. The dining table has capacity for 6 people. The kitchen is open to the living room through an arch and it is well equipped, including a ceramic hob, an electric oven, a dishwasher and a microwave. In the house you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. A shower bathroom completes this floor. The three bedrooms are located on the first floor. One with a double bed, a wardrobe and a fan. The other two have trundle beds and a wardrobe each one. A bathtub bathroom completes this floor. In addition, if you are travelling with a baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair.

Oliva is a privileged place in the Mediterranean area, with great beached known throughout Europe due to their beauty and unique quality. These characteristics, together with the excellent services offer, make the beaches of Oliva a preferred destiny to enjoy an excellent vacation. The beach is only 0.8 km from the house, but you can also visit other near and interesting places like the historical centre which is well preserved from the medieval era, the Marjal Natural Park, or the Fonts Salada spring.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years old, unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
