It has a large swimming pool (dimension: 4 x 9.5 m; depth: 1.10 m) under the blue sky and sunbeds on the side. There is a covered terrace right before the entrance of the house where guests can relax and de-stress in the sitting area or dine at the al-fresco set up.
 
Inside, the lovely living room is built in a way to merge the outdoors with the indoors. The enormous outlets on two sides set the mood for a relaxing day close to nature and greenery. It is furnished with a set of sofas and armchairs, a flat-screen TV with a DVD player and a stylish dining table. The historical town of Grosseto in Maremma, where the villa is located, is known for its fortified walls that date back to the 16th-century now transformed into a public park. There is also a Roman Catholic church full of artwork in Romanesque style. The main square of the town Piazza Dante also has a long history worth reminiscing. The region is famous for its local wine and wine-tours is quite a hit among tourists who come here. The food shops are about 3.5 kilometers from here. There is a golf course (30 kilometers), a park (35 kilometers), the beaches of Talamone (36 kilometers), the lagoon of Orbetello- Monte Argentario (41 kilometers), Pitigliano (44 kilometers), Monte Amiata (48 kilometers and Lake Bolsena (66 kilometers).
