The former farmhouse has been stylishly restored and furnished. In the two former stables on the ground floor there are two large living rooms with a long table, an open fireplace and a pool table. Ideal for group activities such as music, dancing, yoga. The bedrooms are on the first floor. In front of the house there is a covered terrace with barbecue and pizza oven. The extensive property is completely fenced. There is enough space for parking, for all sorts of ball games and of course there is the pool area with sun loungers. From anywhere you have a unique panoramic view of the opposite Monte Nerone (1525 m). Hiking trails invite you from here to trekking and biking and lead you into the impressive landscape, characterized by vast forests, rugged slopes and cool torrents. Visit Urbino and Città di Castello (each 35 km) and the small nice towns in the area, where you can taste local specialties, such as truffle dishes, very special beers, delicious cheese. For a day at the sea Pesaro and Fano are just 65 km from here. Access via 1.6 km unpaved road, not suitable for low cars-lying cars.
