From the terrace (common use) you have a nice view over the surroundings and the swimming pool (located below, reachable by stairs). Located on a 90 hectare estate, the farm enjoys a strategic position, offering guests numerous options for unforgettable days out. Just three kilometres from Marina di Montalto with its sandy beaches, the estate is also at the centre of an archeologically important area: Vulci with its park, the Etruscan museum and castle, Tarquinia with its necropolis and more besides. The proximity to the Tuscan border makes Capalbio and Mount Argentario easily reachable within a few minutes. Many other destinations of interest are just as close and include: Viterbo, Tuscania, Bomarzo with its mysterious monster park, Lake Bolsena and more. The Aurelia road makes Rome reachable by car in just one hour. Golf lovers will be happy to know that there is a course in Tarquinia (15 km) and Sutri (60 km); not to mention the new Argentario course (35 km).

This farmhouse in Montalto di Castro, surrounded by olive trees and fields, has 2 bedrooms and accommodates a family of 4 with children. It has a shared swimming pool and air conditioning. Get ready to visit some amazing places like Vulci, the Etruscan museum and castle, Tarquinia, Capalbio, and Mount Argentario. The spots like Bomarzo and its mysterious monster park and Lake Bolsena are also interesting. You can have fun on sandy beaches 3 km away. There are golf courses in Tarquinia at 15 km, and Sutri at 60 km, and Argentario at 35 km. Buy your groceries from the supermarket at 4 km and try local dishes from restaurants at 4 km. The farmhouse is ideal to stay enjoying nature from the wonderful terrace. It is air-conditioned and also has heating. You can relax in the hallway enjoying peace. For recreation, the stay provides table tennis and play equipment. Kids have a cot to use and parking is also provided. 2 pets are allowed at € 10/Pet/Night. Public transport is at 1 km.
