Villa Santos was thoughtful design and comfortable furnished to make this a perfect holiday home for family and friends alike.

It is a beautiful detached two store beach villa, set in a private gated garden with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, games room, lounge with sitting and dining areas, and a well equipped kitchen .

Situated in a prime location in Sesmarias, 2,5 km from Albufeira, 1,5 km from the Marina, 1,2 km from São Rafael Beach, and 5 km from Salgados Golf.

All rooms are light, bright, very modern, spacious and with air conditioning.

The accommodation comprises:
Ground Floor:
Spacious combined living/dining room, high standard furniture and decoration, ( with free view satellite TV, DVD, radio, CD player and free wi-fi internet access. Security system & safe).
3 twin bedrooms, 2 of them with sliding doors to the pool terrace, and a fully fitted kitchen
Bedrooms have lots of wardrobe space.

First Floor:
Upstairs is situated a large master bedroom suite with a generously size private terrace overlooking pool area where you can sunbathe and en-suite bathroom.

Gardens:
Lovely well kept gardens, fish ponds, beautifully landscape very private with lots of mature trees.

This area is completed with two swimming pools:
One big pool with 10 meter long by 5 meter wide that has underwater lighting for your evening relaxation, and a children`s pool.
The pool can be heated if requested until 2 weeks before the arrival date. The pool heating fee is: 195,00 euros per week.

The pool area has plenty of garden furniture and sun loungers

Children`s have a playground area with swings & slide and the children`s pool has pool toys

Near the swimming pool you can have quality time with your family & friends in the Games Room using the pool table, table football, dart board or playing one of the available board games.

The barbecue and outdoor pizza oven are built onto the side of the games room and in the evenings you can have a good time in the al fresco eating area, cooking, eating and drinking without interfere with anyone who wants any early night.

For babies: 2 Cots, 1 high chair and 1 buggy (baby monitor, and car seats are not supplied)

DISTANCES : Faro airport is at an easy 45km (30 minute by car) and the A22 connects direct between Faro and Albufeira, the A22 is 5 minutes by car from the villa. Car hire is recommended but not essential. If you prefer not to hire a car, taxis are very reasonable. Airport transfer are available. 10 minute drive to nearest train station. 2 minute drive to the Marina. 5 minute to Albufeira
ON ARRIVAL: The owners of Villa Santos, Cristina or Paulo will be on the villa at your arrival to give all the instructions about Villa / Area / Activities. At departure date the owner will be there to say goodbye

WHY THE OWNERS CHOOSE A HOME IN THIS LOCATION:
We particularly wanted a country villa, but not too far from the sea and the town center. Our villa is in a perfect location we can get virtually anywhere within 10 minute ( shopping mall, city center, hospital, beach, sports center and golf ), and we can walk to the beach

HOUSE SWAP
We are interested in swapping 1 week in Villa Santos (any available week, except in July and August) with 1 Week in an apartment or house in London (accommodation for 4 persons) from 15 to 22 December.
