Between the two neighbouring properties, each with two storeys, there’s room for up to 15 people in nine bedrooms, making this a suitable spot for large groups of families or friends to enjoy a secluded Tuscan break. The warm hue of terracotta tiles on the floors, comfortable sitting areas and several fireplaces will create a snug atmosphere on cooler evenings.

Touches such as the barbecue area, separate communal lounge-kitchen-diner, numerous sun loungers around the private pool and a fun ping-pong table are sure to provide large groups with plenty of space and options for socialising, whatever the weather. Meanwhile, the three self-contained apartments are fully equipped to provide you with a degree of separation if desired. You can dine each day at the table on the terrace, soaking up the view, while small children enjoy playing on the swing set and sand pit under watchful eyes. When it’s time to re-stock supplies, the town of Badia Agnano is just a short drive away and offers all of the facilities you should need, plus a couple of restaurants for dining out. Notes

There are mosquito nets on each window in the bedrooms, and on various windows in the kitchens and bathrooms.

There is air conditioning in every bedroom.



Pool

The pool is located in the garden, surrounded with paving and furnished with sun loungers with parasols. The water can be accessed by internal Roman steps and a shaded pergola with a table and chairs, barbecue and ping-pong table is just a few steps away. Pool size: 12m x 6m, 1.4m deep. Open from May to September, weather permitting. Gated Pool.
