Description

Hardly any property in our programme has such a spectacular location right by the sea and at the same time offers modern luxury at such a high level. The villa "Can Ema" perches loftily on a small, rocky plateau near Cala Rotja and offers a truly spectacular view of the sea directly in front of it.

The very chic outdoor area in front of the house, facing the sea, forms a spacious terrace which is separated from the sky and the sea only by a glass construction (interrupted by the pool) and allowing a full view. Here you will find comfortable seating options in a sufficient number and an additional eight sun beds. In the event that you find the sun's rays too harsh, you can chill just as well under the parasol. There is probably no place up here that is not delightful in terms of a broad view and aesthetics. The special feature of the pool is not only that it has a free overflow with a perfect view, but also that you can enjoy this comfortably lying down at the entry side in the shallow water. By the way: if you are traveling with children, the dramatically located pool can be provided with a child safety device (see photo). If you love stylish enjoyment under the open sky, then you should not miss out on this property. On the terrace you will also find a comfortable barbecue, where you can prepare your meals to suit your every whim and with a fantastic view of the evening sky.

The house itself convinces with its technical perfection, minimalist design with an aesthetically dosed use of colours, and excellent building material. From the light-flooded rooms, which are partly open to the top, you can also enjoy the already described dreamlike view, while at the same time revelling in the interior architectural luxury. An elevator leads from the car park into the open kitchen. In addition to a super cosy sofa corner and an originally designed dining room set, the spacious living/dining room contains a fully-equipped kitchen, in which everything you will find everything you need for everyday use in an absolutely stylish look, including an electric kettle, an Italian and a Nespresso coffee machine, and even a juice press. The freely suspended stairs, cheekily setting themselves apart through their colours, lead to the upper living space. Sleeping rooms with floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows and luxurious en-suite bathrooms invite you to cosy relaxation. Without any superfluous tinsel, these rooms impress with their clearness and plenty of white, combined with contrasting colour accents. The morning view out of the window will be a welcome pleasure. If you want to offer your children a special experience of children's rooms, you can do this here - where else, after all, can you find such a combination of children's furniture and colourful designer bathroom elements? The children's room and one double room share a toilet, and the latter also boasts a shower whilst the children's area has a sink and a bath. This villa is definitely a treat for those who like to spend the most beautiful time of the year in an ambience that is equally in vogue and first-class.

"Can Ema" is located about two kilometres south of the picturesque harbour promenade of Canyamel, inviting visitors to stroll along the boardwalk. There, in the midst of a fairy-tale background with lushly forested slopes, you will find a bathing bay with a bright sandy beach and crystal clear azure water. Playa Canyamel is not very crowded, even during the peak season. There are a few restaurants and bars, and in small supermarkets you can get everything you require for your daily needs. A very attractive activity is snorkelling in the many small mini bays along the rocky coast. The stalactite caves of Artà are only about one kilometre from the town centre of Canyamel. A footpath to the caves rewards you with exceptionally wide and beautiful views across the sea and the whole bay, up to the mountains and further up to the Llevant nature park. If you like vibrant nightlife and a stroll around the marina, you will reach the harbour town of Cala Ratjada only in about 10 km.
