Near the end of the Sorrento Peninsula, stretching out toward the island of Capri, sitting between the gulfs of Naples and Salerno, sits the borough of Massa Lubrense, home to VILLA ROSA. Rich in history, myth and tradition, Massa Lubrenese is a unique locale where one may explore the surrounding area through its vast network of intertwining paths, totaling over 100 kilometers collectively. Many are exclusively pedestrian streets. Walking along these paths, through picturesque and enchanting landscapes, lush lemon groves and olive orchards, one is transported back in time to the enchanting Mediterranean of old.

In the town of Massa Lubrense, 700 meters away, there are small restaurants (the first just 150 meters from the villa), small shops, bars and a supermarket: most are family-run businesses that make one feel welcomed into a large Italian family. In addition, the SITA Sorrento - Massa Lubrense - Nerano line bus stop is just 150 meters away. From the Villa you can easily head to the nearby town of Sorrento and here, in this metropolitan town, one feels a more cosmopolitan energy and vibrancy immediately. Sorrento offers theme nights, parties, events, theater performances and other forms of entertainment. From this hub, one can easily access the entire Amalfi Coast, such as Capri, the ruins of Pompeii and Ravello.

The nearest beach is Marina di Puolo, about 2 kilometers away.

To stay at VILLA ROSA it is not essential to have a car. However, if you are traveling with a car, you can easily park in the courtyard.

Access to VILLA ROSA is from the parking area. Immediately one is immersed in the scenic courtyard and garden, and overwhelmed by the Villa’s crown jewel, its stupendous view.

THE GARDEN is 200 square meters, and is refreshingly shaded by fruit trees. The atmosphere is dominated by the fragrance of spring flowers, with bright hues of color and the first fruits the trees have to offer. The garden is furnished with a small wrought-iron sofa, table, chairs, and a parasol. The entire area is illuminated and therefore lends itself well to being used at any time of day through evening. It is meticulously taken care of by the owners and laid out in such a way to be highly functional. Access is from the driveway.

GROUND FLOOR

THE LIVING ROOM / KITCHEN AREA is elegant and radiant with a plethora of natural light. The area is furnished with two large sofas, two armchairs and a flat screen TV. From the living room, access to the garden is through two French windows. The living room area flows into the kitchen environment creating a harmonious open space. The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas stove, an electric oven, a refrigerator and freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can comfortably accommodate six people. The parquet floor in white oak with regular formwork planks increases the perception of the size of the environment and lends the space a sophisticated refinement. Both environments are equipped with heating and air conditioning. Access is from the French doors that overlook the courtyard.

THE FIRST SERVICE BATHROOM in decorated in neutral tones, and is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. Access is from the living room by climbing two steps.

FIRST FLOOR (Access from the ground floor, from the living room area via a spacious staircase of 20 steps.)

FIRST BEDROOM WITH ENSUITE BATHROOM is furnished with a double bed. The room is equipped with a heating/air conditioning unit and a wall-mounted radiator. It is extraordinarily alluring: equipped with two large double glazed French windows offering maximum insulation, with a splendid sea view and access to a small balcony. The bathroom is composed of two areas: on one side, the service area with the sink, toilet, and bidet, on the opposite side a large shower cabin and hairdryer. Access to the bedroom is from the corridor.

SECOND BEDROOM is equipped with a double bed, heating/air conditioning unit, and a wall-mounted radiator. Furnished with a large mirrored wardrobe, a dresser, comfortable armchairs and a flat-screen TV, the room exudes comfort in a relaxing atmosphere. This room is also well lit with two large windows offering an impressive view of the Mediterranean Sea. Access is from the corridor.

THE THIRD BATHROOM is adjacent to the second bedroom and is equipped with a washbasin, a bidet, a toilet, a walk-in shower and a hairdryer. Access is from the corridor.

SECOND FLOOR – ATTIC (access from the first floor - corridor via a wide staircase of 16 steps)

THIRD BEDROOM WITH ENSUITE BATHROOM is equipped with a double bed, heating/air conditioning unit, an armchair, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers. A double-glazed French door opens onto the terrace which gives access to the Jacuzzi and terrace area, complete with a panoramic sea view. The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bidet, and a walk-in shower and a hairdryer. Access is from the staircase.

THE TERRACE WITH JACUZZI is about 90 square meters. A large space paved in terracotta, it is an external area which offers the possibility to relax in the sun and take in the unparalleled surrounding view in total privacy. It features an above ground Jacuzzi spa with four seats, useable from the end of May to the end of September. This terrace is equipped with a table, chairs, and sun loungers. From the terrace, there is a sweeping view of the sea. Access is from the third bedroom.

- The Villa is a truly luxurious accommodation for a relaxing holiday.
- The house offers a mesmerizing sea view.
- Tourist tax 2 Euro per day per person for the first 7 nights from April to October 31. The children under 18 years do not pay.
- For arrivals after 8:00 PM will be applied an extra cost of 60.00 euro to be paid at the arrival.
