This marvelous farm is located 1.7km from the picturesque village known as Sineu.
The house was built in 2012 and has been partially renovated again in 2017.
It has 5 bedrooms, all very spacious, one of them with bathroom en suite. All of them have beds of 1.60 x 2 meters except for 1 that has 2 beds of 90 x 2 meters.
There are 2 more bathrooms in this property, one of them with bath and shower and the other with shower.
The kitchen will enjoy the most demanding cook, as it is very spacious and bright and has a large work surface.
In the dining room there is a large table for 10 people.
The living room is very cozy and has satellite TV, DVD player, WiFi, etc.
The smallest ones will enjoy a lot on this villa as it has a playground!!
It is worth mentioning the tranquility and the wonderful landscape that surrounds this property as well as its beautiful stone gardens and the gorgeous swimming pool 8 x 4 meters.
From the porch you can see the Sierra Tramuntana and Sineu, from the pool we can see the Sierra de Levante.
