Spend your holiday in this traditional terraced house from the year 1918. It is located on the hillside of the U?ka Mountain, with wonderful panoramic view. The first coffee on the terrace with this wonderful view of the sea, to the place Moš?eni?ka Draga and of the countryside will be remembered for a long time. Relax and be inspired to write perhaps a book or just read one. Take walks and photograph the beautiful landscape. From the quiet location you can reach Moš?eni?ka Draga in only ten minutes, as well as beautiful beaches, restaurants and café bars. The owner lives a little further away from the house and the covered parking is about 80m away. Visit the nature park of U?ka and visit the seaside towns Medveja, Ika, I?i?i, Lovran and Opatija. Walk from Opatija to Lovran along the sea and stop at one of the numerous restaurants. Visit exhibitions and open-air concerts in the summer months and take excursions to the island of Cres, with rich flora and fauna.
