Set apart from the main house is a cosy cottage annex that features two double en-suite bedrooms and a spacious living, kitchen and dining area that has been decorated in a tasteful country style. The cottage is ideal for live-in help or extra guests who desire extra privacy.Sitting serenely within nearly 350 acres of private grounds, the house is surrounded by meadows, pine clad hillsides and forests, and offers spectacular views of the surrounding areas. House on three levels. Ground floor: Ground floor entrance leads into a hall with vaulted ceiling. From the hall you access the spacious living room with fireplace, reading area and TV room. There is also a dining room with seating for 20 people, and well equipped kitchen. The kitchen offers an additional breakfast seating for six. From the main hall you can access the health spa with interior swimming pool (with incorporated Jacuzzi), sauna, gym and shower rooms. One of total of eight bedrooms is situated on this ground floor: a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom, wheelchair accessible. First floor with a spacious landing provided with comfortable seating. On this floor there are 6 bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms/ shower rooms, five of them are double, and one of them has two bunk beds and two single beds (especially designed for children). The last double bedroom is situated on the second floor, where one can also find a snooker room.
Two of the bedrooms on the first floor have private sun terraces (110m2 + 30 m2). They are equipped with outdoor seating furniture, and offer stunning views of the green surroundings and the sea beyond.
The sun terrace on the ground floor, accessed via kitchen, offers seating capacity for 20 people, a coal barbeque, sinks, a fridge and a freezer. There is also a chill out seating, with several daybeds.
Surrounded by manicured lawns (1400 m2) the property enjoys a large, private, heated swimming pool , with sunbeds, and another chill out seating area, with comfortable white sofas, sinks, a fridge and a freezer, too.
Near the full size tennis court, there is a small play yard for children.
The house counts with spacious covered parking place, in the main entrance courtyard.
The annex house (100 m2) has a spacious living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen.  It has one double bedroom with en suite shower room and one twin bedroom with en suite shower. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and a dryer.
