Description

From the wonderful salt pool you can admire the beautiful peaks and wooded areas of the surroundings. The pool measures 12 x 6 meters and the depth ranges from 1.40 to 2.40 metres. Around it, there are several sun loungers where you can sunbathe and relax after bathing. The exteriors of the house offer several areas where you can sit and enjoy a drink or a delicious barbecue. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around.

The house consists of 3 floors that stand out for their traditional but,at the same time, cosy style . Entering from the pool we find a large traditional-style entrance in which 6 steps lead to the rest of the rooms on this floor: the living room with satellite TV; the dining area; the kitchen, equipped with a gas stove; two bedrooms -one with a double bed and the other with 2 twin beds-; and a bathroom with shower. The extra guests will be able to rest in the third bedroom on this floor -with a bunk bed- and in the rest of the bedrooms on the upper floors and enjoy the rest of the rooms in them. On the first floor, our guests find another room with a TV, 4 more bedrooms -two with double beds and the other two with twin beds- and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. On the top floor you find the last bedroom that also has twin beds. In the house you will find a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and if you are travelling with your baby we can provide you with a cot and a high chair. Finally, the house is equipped with oil central heating for the winter months.

This wonderful house is located on the outskirts of Sóller, in the middle of forests and mountains that will allow you to enjoy nature on excursions on foot or by bicycle. The town offers all the services you may need and more: supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, etc. You can spend a fun day travelling to Palma on the Sóller railway or to the port of Sóller by tram and taste some delicious Sóller prawns in a restaurant facing the sea. You also find the nearest golf course, Son Termes, just 17.4 km away.
