Guests visiting Olala Sea&City View Family Villa love this luxurious property's outdoor swimming pool with panoramic views to the Catalan countryside, an ideal spot to enjoy the good company of family or friends.

Surrounded by 5000m2 of private garden, this villa is located in Teià and sleeps up to 12 guests. Be it for a walk or for tasting locally produced Catalan wine and cuisine, this is the ultimate location to relax and unwind.

With a fresh and elegant color palette, our local interiors designers have created a homey space fitted with 4 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and a spacious living area with a double sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. There is an ample dining room ideal for hosting dinner parties and gatherings.

There are 2 bathrooms with a bath and 1 bathroom with a shower. Free toiletries are provided for our guests. You don’t have to worry about bringing towels and bed linen, we have them all set for you upon arrival.

The kitchen features a dining area and is fully equipped with all the appliances you need to prepare a delicious breakfast or a gourmet meal for your group. This includes a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle.

You’ll also find fast free Wi-Fi and air conditioning/heating in this clean and luminous villa, a place that feels just like home.

This property is also equipped with a washing machine, a hairdryer and iron facilities.

For the comfort of those travelling with their little ones, a baby’s cot and a high chair are available upon request (depending on availability), for free.

Olala Sea&City View Family Villa is set in a residential area 25 minutes’ walk away from Ocata Beach. The wine area of Alella is an 8-minutes drive away. Companyia d'Alella, Celler i Taverna, a great local wine bar, is just 10 minutes’ drive away. Barcelona is 45 minutes’ drive from the villa.

If you feel like going on a hike, the beautiful Parc de la Serralada de Marina is a 15-minute drive. El Prat Airport is a 35-minute drive from the property.
