Large garden, fully enclosed, with sheltered walled terrace and garden furniture, brick built gas BBQ and an additional Weber coal BBQ (fuel provided), and garden games.
Outdoor heated swimming pool (4.6x12m). Guests have exclusive use of the owner’s pool between 10am and 2pm. The Deepest part is 2.4 metres. The pool is open until November (weather permitting).

The Manor Coach House is enticing, spacious and charming. It has been lovingly restored by the owners to create a contemporary, upside down cottage with luxury furniture and fittings. The two kingsize bedrooms both have large stunning en-suite bathrooms, a spiral staircase leads to the first floor open plan living space where you will find a karaoke machine. Leading out from the living space is a lovely teak balcony overlooking the large 1 acre garden where you will find an elegant walled terrace and garden furniture. Have some fun and enjoy a dip in the heated pool followed by a game of table tennis outside. Relax as the sun goes down and light up the barbecue for an enjoyable evening meal in this delightful sun trap.
This elevated property sits high above the Stour Valley and has the benefits of being just a short drive to the historic city of Canterbury, as well as being surrounded by the picturesque Kent countryside, footpaths, cycle routes and a unique complex of lakes where day anglers can spend a happy day fishing. Just 20 minutes away you can be in Whitstable where you’ll find some wonderful Blue Flag beaches. Enjoy some wonderful local walks along The River Stour and stop off at the local farm shop in Chilham for some tasty treats. And don’t forget your dog! They’ll love this wonderful and pet friendly cottage.
The Coach House is in the grounds of the owners manor house, parts of which date back to the 15th century and was mentioned in the Domesday Book. Fishing available nearby.

The use of a hot tub is available for your stay. Please note a single bed can be added to the ground floor bedroom on the right. If booking for 5 guests, please advise at time of booking whether you would prefer an additional single bed in the bedroom, or use of the sofa bed. 2 cots, 2 highchairs and stairgates are available. Fuel for BBQs is provided. The property has a spiral staircase. For guests whose 4 legged friends are uncertain of spiral staircases, or those requiring a more gentle access into the property, there are 2 alternate access paths into the property - a gentle slope to the front of the property leading into the garden of The Manor Coach House, or direct access behind the property. There is a pond in the owners private garden, please ensure children do not enter this area. Dog bed and bowls will be provided by the owner, please advise on booking the size of the dog (so the correct bed can be provided). Please note there is a charge of £30 for a second pet and a maximum of two allowed at The Manor Coach House. A welcome pack for guests and their 4 legged friends are provided. Freshly baked bread will be available on your arrival with local jams and an additional bread mix for your stay. A basket of s'mores goodies is provided for your fire-pit fun! The owner is able to pre book wine tastings, beauty treatments and Glass Studio taster days. All children must be supervised whilst in the pool.Please provide your own towels for the pool. The owner only supplies towels for internal use and they are not to be taken outside.
