Equipped fenced garden with wood burning oven and tennis- table. The house is listed in the Heritage catalogue of the Municipality of Magione thanks to its architectural structure. The tennis court (synthetic grass) is lit and at guests’ exclusive use; it is open from March 28 to October 31. Also available: football table, bowls and 3 bikes. This is the right house to spend a relaxing holiday. You are in the ideal position to discover Umbria: 13 km the ancient and beautiful Perugia. 1 km Collesanto (food shop), 2 km supermarket, 13 km San Feliciano and Trasimeno Lake with its beaches and its small islands to be visited by boat; 30 km Assisi and St. Francis Cathedral, 35 km Chiusi, 60 km Orvieto. A sport fishing lake is 1 km; golf course and horse riding 4 km; public pool 10 km.
