The ancient Roman town of Pollensa, where there are numerous exceptional restaurants and boutique shops, is within walking distance, while the beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollensa are a short drive away. There's a very popular farmers' market held every Sunday in the main square of the old town, where local produce and souvenir bargains can be found.
The interior accommodation of this grand manor house consists of a light, airy lounge that opens onto what will without doubt be the focal point of most people's holidays - the ample shaded dining terrace that looks over the shimmering waters of the beautiful swimming pool. Imagine a hot summers day, time standing still, sitting in the cool of the terrace with a dining table laden with locally produced food and refreshing cold drinks.
A fully fitted modern kitchen is behind the lounge where there's also a large dining table. The bedrooms are all modern and furnished with comfort in mind, and include air conditioning to aid a good nights sleep in the sultry, summer evenings.
Back outside, the gardens are dotted with shrubs, flower beds and citrus trees that surround the large pool and sun baked terrace. The BBQ is to the side - very handy for servicing the waiting diners on the main terrace!
