The outdoor area exudes an appealing idyll and entices with the beautiful pool with an ocean view, the lush plants with palm trees and other Mediterranean vegetation, the branched terrace area, the walled-in barbecue, and various attractive seating opportunities. The heart of the outdoor area, the slightly elevated pool with its wrap-around lounge terrace, opens up the view of the beautiful surrounding landscape and presents a particularly exposed spot you will want to come back to again and again. With a total of eight pool loungers, you can relax to your heart's content under the deep blue Mediterranean sky and enjoy the peace and quiet. To protect yourself from strong UV rays, a sufficient number of parasols are available. You can also search for an airy natural shade spot, easy to find depending on the time of day - for example on the quaint, stone seating arrangement right next to the pool terrace. At the house, you will encounter a homely as well as picturesque covered terrace. Wooden furniture is absolutely atmospherically combined with natural stone and original decor, resulting in a very tranquil area for dining together at any time of day. A dreamy little staircase leads to a roof terrace outside of the house, partly provided with a light bamboo roof, representing another potential favourite spot. Sitting here for sunrise or sunset with a tasty drink: a very special luxury you should definitely take advantage of!

From the terrace, we enter the pretty, open kitchenette with fireplace. With a spacious design, we find everything we need for everyday use in this area, including a microwave, toaster, and kettle. The solid table in the middle is a great spot to eat together indoors. From here, just a few steps down, you reach the extraordinary living room with arched ceilings. Warm colours next to materials of stone and wood shape the atmosphere. A flat screen TV, two comfortable sofas, another dining table, as well as an exit to the terrace are available here. The ground floor houses another little living room, a bedroom, as well as a bathroom with shower. The top floor accommodates three more bedrooms as well as two bathrooms with showers. Nearby beaches can be found in Cala Ratjada, Canyamel, Cala Bona, Costa de los Pinos, and in the bay of Cala Millor.
