Welcome to this lovely country house with a fantastic private pool for 4 people on the outskirts of Sineu.

The exterior area is very beautiful, preserving the rural style rooted in the traditional Mallorcan country houses. It boasts a beautiful garden full of greenery, fruit trees and plants that flow around the great chlorine pool and that transform the place into a real paradise. The pool sizes 7 x 3.8 metres and the water depth ranges from 1 to 2.1 metres. You will find 4 sun loungers to enjoy the Mallorcan sun, an exterior shower and, the best of it all, a barbecue for those who love grilled meals. The terrace and porch are fully equipped and boast beautiful views to enjoy. The property is fenced and privacy is total.

The house, that works with solar panels, has just one floor. The cosy living room offers a sofa, 2 armchairs and a coffee table so that you can watch the TV-Sat, a DVD movie or simply rest. The dining room is equipped with a table and chairs for 4 people and a wood stove. It leads to the kitchen that has a gas stovetop and a beautiful rustic bar to enjoy an appetiser and a glass of wine while you cook. There are two bedrooms in the house to rest at night, both with a double bed. One has a walk-in closet. We can prepare a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby. There is a shower bathroom for the whole accommodation. The house features oil central heating and three fans in case that you need them. And, of course, the washing machine, iron and ironing board can be found at the terrace.

Sineu is a beautiful town characterised by its rural economy. Its street market is famous throughout the island and it takes place on Wednesdays. Here you will be able to buy local fruits and vegetables. You will find other charming villages in the surroundings like Maria de la Salut, Lloret de Vista Alegre or Llubí, all of them worth a visit. Regarding the beaches, the nearest one is in Can Picafort about 21.9 km away, but there are many others that you can visit because Sineu is in a central spot of the island.
