This charming holiday home, built in typical local stone is set in the hills of San Marco di Castellabate. The property is built over two main levels and has been renovated respecting the original structure and features of the building. The property offers a beautiful sea view from every corner of the house. On the ground floor there is a cosy eat in ' kitchen and living area that has direct access to a lovely terrace, which is covered by a pergola, ideal for outdoor dining during the hottest hours of the day. On the first floor is the main bedroom and bathroom and a second sleeping area (on the mezzanine) can be reached via a wooden ladder. Please note the fireplace in the accommodation is only decorative. The property is reached via a dirt access road (1.5 km), which should be driven in rainy weather only by cars with all-wheel drive. Not far from your holiday accommodation, in about 4 km distance, is the medieval village of Castellabate (Unesco World Heritage Site). Here you will find sandy beaches and equipped beach resorts which are ideal for families.
