The villa features modern and tasteful furnishings throughout, with each expansive room flowing into another and through to the outdoor spaces. Villa Ballencia is the type of house where you can meander between the interior and exterior with ease, soaking in every ray of sunshine that you wish! The main living areas are perfect for family style living, with a large lounge, boasting a comforting, open-hearth fireplace, satellite television, Hi-Fi and air conditioning. The lounge is the perfect place to spend some quality time together, reading, playing games or enjoying a movie on the DVD player. There is a small dining area, open-plan to the lounge, perfectly suited to morning breakfasts, as guests get up in their own time. The kitchen can be found through a couple of archways, offering all the equipment you may need to whip up some family feasts or a picnic to carry down to the beach! Throughout the villa there are two bathrooms, two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms. One of the double bedrooms is a master suite, with a luxury bathroom, as well as a dressing area.

When guests step outside at Villa Ballencia, the remarkable, panoramic views of the sea, the mountains, the valley, the countryside, the forest and the bay truly take your breath away! There is a fabulous private swimming pool on the edge of the terrace, where guests can take a dip, cooling off on hot summer days. Villa Ballencia is located in a quiet, sunny area just outside of the main resort on a slope. The villa is 8 km from the centre of Denia, the secluded area has little traffic and offers a calm, relaxed atmosphere for guests, perfect for families. The villa itself sits surrounded by forest, 6 km from the sea and 6 km from the popular beach. This location is incredibly well connected, with trains, bus connections and even a ferry that can take you to Ibiza in only 3 hours!

Nestled between mountains and the sea, this jewel of the ever-popular Costa Blanca has charming waterfronts and beaches, and there is a huge range of local shops and markets along with supermarkets for more basic necessities, and a range of international cuisine if you fancy something different. The prestigious 18-hole golf course "La Sella", is so close to the villa, that even beginners might have to give it a go!
