Sitting in the hills behind the sleepy little medieval village of Scopello and just a short drive to the beaches, shops and bustling nightlife of Castellammare del Golfo, this lovely holiday home provides everything one needs for a relaxing Sicilian break. There are a number of small beaches within a short drive and a couple of restaurants and shops can be found in Scopello itself. A local mini-market and butchers is also within easy driving distance before arriving in Scopello.
The villa is modern and comfortable with bright interiors including a well equipped kitchen, open plan to the lounge diner, and fresh, light and airy, air-conditioned bedrooms.
Outside, a pretty shaded terrace over looks the cool waters of the swimming pool and offers beautiful panoramic views down to the sea and the village itself.
As a personal touch the owner leaves a selection of local wines at a reasonable cost payable locally per bottle.
