The simple greenery outside will make our guests to wish to spend time there, dreaming and evading from the rest of the world. A swim in the pool, while admiring the amazing views, is a total privilege. This is a chlorine pool sizing 12 x 6 metres and with a 1.40 to 1.60 metres depth. You will enjoy the breakfasts at the terrace or the never ending nice evenings under the porch. And just imagine the beautiful sunset while leaning back into one of the 6 sun loungers, watching the town starting to light up. If you feel like, you can also entertain yourselves without going out, playing table tennis for a while, or spend family moments at the living room of the attached building, where you will also find a pool table and a shower bathroom. Next to the house there is a direct neighbour.

The house, a complete melting of modern and traditional styles, offers a feeling of complete peace. Here, you will find the great living room -featured with a wood stove and satellite TV-, the dining area and the kitchen, which is equipped with a gas stove and a wood stove. There also are three bedrooms -with a closet and a fan each-, and two shower bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms offer a double bed, although one of them also has an en-suite bathroom. The last bedroom has two single beds. If you are travelling with your baby, a cot and a high chair also are available. The house also is perfect for the coldest months since it features oil central heating. At the terrace, you will also find a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

The surroundings of this finca are exceptional. It is located in the area of the Puig de Garrafa, within a 700.000 m2 property full of olive trees, cypresses, laurels and fig trees, where time stops while enjoying long walks or excursions, even. You will reach the beaches of Camp de Mar, Platja Palmira or Cala Fornells in a few minutes by car. The centre of Andratx is only 4 km away, and there you will find all needed basic services for an independent stay. Puerto de Andratx is a luxury spot, perfect to have a walk while admiring the boats and yachts.

Please note that it is very important to leave the entrance gate always closed, either when you enter or when you go out, since local animals like sheep live in the property.
