Masseria Stura is an extraordinary property for relaxing holidays in Puglia. The villa with swimming pool is in an ancient farmhouse that was renovated and equipped with many accessories.
Masseria Stura, with a 8-hectare wood, swimming pool with solarium
and outdoor equipped areas, is the perfect paratidse for a holiday in
the Itria Valley, near the Adriatic sea and the beaches of Torre
Guaceto.
The main unit in the ancient convent and its outbuilding with exclusive swimming pool, are equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, kitchen, reading room and accommodate up to 11 guests. Pets are allowed.

Masseria
Stura in 1400 already was an ancient spiritual retrat place for the
monks and the nuns of the area of Brindisi. The Masseria today is
magnificent.
The
latest renovation, made with attention to details and respect of the
materials and the residential features, keeping untouched the charm of
this quiet and suggestive property, ideal for nature and animal lovers.
The
guests will live a memorable holiday in Puglia, diving into the
swimming pool or getting a tan on the beach beds of the solarium;
moreover they can relax in the equipped areas in the garden or take a
long walk in the 8-hectar woods by the Masseria.
 
 
The units of the Masseria
Masseria
Stura is independent and entirely fenced and it consists of various
units which are independent, with pertinent outdoor area and a small
gate and share the woods. Our property is in the ancient convent, with
exclusive swimming pool, renovated into a charming holiday home with
outbuilding.
The first unit is on various floors. On the ground floor there
are: the entrance under a typical star-vaulted ceiling, living room
with fireplace and dining area, studio/reading room with glass walls and
view on the garden, kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The stairs take
to the basement floor with cellar, ideal for the correct conservation of
wine and oil. (2 bed accommodations)
The stone staircase with double flight of stairs takes to the upper floor,
which consists of a living room, 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom
and balcony with panoramic view, 1 twin bedroom and 1 bathroom with
shower, 1 single bedroom in the area that once was a resting area for
monks, where they also used to pray. (5 bed accommodations)
The second unit
of Masseria Stura is accessible from the garden and it`s an ancient
oubuilding with living room and fireplace, sofa bed for 2 guests, 1
bedroom under star-vaulted ceiling, large bathroom with tub. (4 bed
accommodations)
In
the property of Masseria Stura there are other units that are not
rented, such as the royal trullo and thw two small villa with private
access and garden.
 
 
The surroundings of Masseria Stura in Carovigno
Masseria
Stura is a lovely renovated complex in the countryside of Carovigno, in
the Itria Valley. The centre of Carovigno is 4 kilometers away, while
the beautiful beaches of the Adriatic coast, such as the nature reserve
of Torre Guaceto, are 15 kilometers away.
The villa is also close to
other worth-discovering towns such as Ostuni, Cisternino, Locorotond and
Alberobello, which is a Unesco World Heritage.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 25 per person per week.
- Pool available from May to October.
- Opening of the pool in low season euro 1000.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 144 to pay upon arrival.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- Air conditioning in the double bedroom on the fist floor and in the dependance.
