The property owner, Toni, is extremely attentive to the needs of his guests and has refurbished the villa with a lot of love, creating a small oasis for all those seeking tranquillity without compromising on comfort and aesthetics during their holidays. The natural stone, exposed beam ceilings, wooden windows, and round arches give the premises the perfect level of charm for a classic villa holiday in Mallorca. The property includes a typical Mallorcan kitchen which is fully equipped (refrigerator and freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, hob and oven, electric kettle, filter coffee maker), two large bedrooms (each with bathtub and bidet), as well as a spacious living and dining area with TV and Internet. Three cosily furnished, air-conditioned bedrooms offer a beautiful setting for a deeply restful night's sleep. One special highlight of this house is the winter garden extension which can be used as an additional living and dining area, and offers a fabulous view of the garden.

The villa will impress you not only through its size and excellent facilities, but also through its quiet, yet central location (just a 10-minute walk removed from the lovely old town of Alcúdia) with stunning views of the mountains which stretch across the northern part of the island between Alcúdia and Pollença. This is the northeastern foothill of the Tramuntana mountain range. The villa is an ideal starting point for hikers and cyclists as well as for all beach lovers. The Bay of Alcúdia remains undeveloped for long stretches and can be reached in just 5–10 minutes by car. And you can reach the beautiful beaches of Sa Marina, Es More, and Coll Baix in just a short drive too. Coll Baix in particular is an insider tip, as this beautiful beach often remains largely empty even during summer months.
