Surrounded by a dense green hedge and lush Mediterranean vegetation, lies the very beautiful villa "S'Embat", shielded well away from prying eyes. A dreamy outdoor area is the hallmark of this holiday destination and can really is a sight to behold. Around the front of the house runs the very well-kept, tastefully furnished and partly covered terrace. The aesthetics that have been implemented here create a very fine and solid atmosphere, which makes an enjoyable holiday just that bit more special. Bright poly-rattan furniture complements the dining table-and matching chairs to create a harmonious whole, combining relaxation with functionality. A great lounge area awaits on the large balcony to all those who want to be that much closer to the sky whilst enjoying wonderful sea views. The Pool area fits seamlessly into the garden and forms a separate zone for relaxed chilling and refreshment. The elegantly curved pool is surrounded by a charming terrace where comfortable sun loungers are available to all of the sun-lovers amongst you. Depending on the time, you can also find shaded refuge under the high palm trees. Sporting enthusiasts will be delighted by the table tennis table, which will definitely tempt them into playing a match or two. The house is located directly by a small road that is rarely frequented. You have the pleasant feeling of being both in the middle of a little village while at the same time enjoying complete and utter privacy, peace and quiet. Vehicle noise in the distance can sometimes by heard faintly, depending on wind direction.

On the ground floor of the pleasantly bright house is a very spacious living/dining area, with botch sections only being divided from one another by a round arch, complete with grand windows and direct access to the wrap-around terrace. Here, the emphasis has been placed on comfort as much as it has been placed as fine ambience, where high-quality furniture and carefully selected decor play a decisive role in characterising the image of this space. Plenty of wood and friendly colours contribute to a high feel-good factor. The large flatscreen TV with satellite connection is here for satisfying media entertainment, with the fireplace ready to provide an added level of cosiness on cool evenings. In a tasteful ambience, you can all dine together at the classical dining table, which can comfortably seat up to six people. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and offers so much space that a second dining area has been set up here. A coffee machine and a kettle round off the comprehensive list of kitchen equipment. Two bedrooms, a bathroom and the guest toilet are also located on the ground floor, while two more air-conditioned bedrooms, a bathroom and a practical study are located on the first floor. In the sleeping areas you can see subtle highlights that contribute to a flair that is unique to each bedroom. Each room has a bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m, 1.50 x 1.90 m, or for the four other bedrooms 0.90 x 1.90 m. Well-equipped bathrooms provide enough room to accommodate all travelers. Irons and hair dryers are available and can of course be used by the guests. As a special and exceptional service, the owners provide all sorts of facilities for babies, including a changing table, bathtub, bed linen and hand towels.

Port Verd is a very lovely place that is about 3 km away from Cala Millor. It is characterised by both old estates and modern holiday properties. In Cala Millor you can find good shopping opportunities to cater for your daily needs, as well as restaurants and cafes. There is also an inviting beach promenade and water sports facilities. The weekly markets in Son Servera, Artà, Cala Ratjada or Capdepera are definitely not to be missed. For the golf enthusiasts amongst you, the courses in Son Servera, Capdepera and Canyamel are invitingly picturesque. Cala Bona is right next door, only around 1.6 km away. The former fishing village is now a charming little holiday resort, with narrow streets and cafes as well as three small sandy beaches and a dainty little harbour.
