The villa is close to the seaside resorts and many beaches and therefore offers the opportunity to visit events, restaurants, and shops. In the summer, there is much to do on the coast and even in the evening, it is pleasantly busy. The town center of San Costanzo with the supermarkets rest at 1.2 km and is great for shopping tours. The nearest seabeach is in Marotta at 6 km if you wish to spend a day by the coastal waters. The villa is surrounded by a large garden with panoramic views over the countryside. There is a nice terrace where you can enjoy a dinner or breakfast overlooking the pool. There's a barbecue to make the evenings more special. Parking is available. Ancona Airport is 40 km.
