Description

Antique country house in the green hills between the beautiful towns of Perugia and Assisi at abt. 2 km from Torgiano. The upper floor of the house, on the level of the front garden of the house, has been transformed into a cosy country residence. On the lower floor, with access from the rear of the house, there are some closed rooms. The position of the holiday house is ideal for excursions to the most important touristic places in Umbria such as Perugia, Assisi, Deruta with its famous ceramics and Todi with its beautiful, historical center. At the guests' disposal: large, inviting outdoor spaces with sun terrace and the beautiful swimming pool (depth 1,4 m) with Roman stairs, changing-room, outdoor shower and bathroom with shower. Besides this a covered, equipped sitting area, a large, panoramic terrace with view over Assisi and a barbecue area can be used for outdoor meals and "dolce far niente". Upon request and payment on the spot: rent of mountain bikes, tasting of typical, local products and possibility to book different sorts of massage or attend physical exercises for a good posture and for your muscles on the property itself.
