Turfrick is a contemporary coastal detached home, minutes from the golden sand at Trevaunance Cove in St Agnes. The house can sleep six people with two ground floor bedrooms, a twin which can be zip and linked to create a king-size double on request and a twin plus a further king-size bedroom on the first floor with its own bathroom. The living accommodation comprises a sitting room with wood burning stove and a kitchen dining room plus a further ground floor shower room. Accessed from the sitting room is a south-facing decked terrace. Nearby roadside parking is available 3 minute walk away and you can stop outside the property drive to drop off luggage when you arrive. There is also a space at the property which requires reverse parking around a tight angle, and so might not be suitable for all drivers. Turfrick is an excellent venue for couples and families and a superb location with excellent restaurants/bars, old inns, cafes and art galleries within paces.

Note: Approached via a short path then approx 13 steps with hand rail, a 5 metre long gravel path on a gentle slope and 7 more steps to front door.

St Agnes is also in the heart of Poldark Country, the landscapes made famous by the novels and TV series’, the most recent of which was broadcast in Spring 2018.
