Situated on the northern foothills of the Tramuntana mountains, just outside Pollença, villa "Ternelles" combines aesthetic, modern design with the quiet originality of the surrounding landscape and the authenticity of the nearby town, which has retained its Mallorcan roots like no other on the island. With a length of 10 m, it also offers more ambitious swimmers the option of swimming laps here. Those who just want to relax will find a shady spot right next to it with covered chill-out furniture. Sun worshippers can take advantage of several comfortable loungers which are excellently suitable for sunbathing. In order to avoid a sunburn, two shady umbrellas are also available. Right by the house, the fantastic outdoor area also offers a covered terrace with a beautiful eating area and a mobile BBQ. Here, everyone meal at the villa will bring real pleasure.

The inside of the modern villa boasts a trendy and minimalist style. The white walls and ceilings as well as the bright floor tiles set a stylish contrast to the dark window frames and the lovingly selected interior items. The villa is divided into two building elements which are connected through the entrance area and let in plenty of Mallorcan sun thanks to the large window fronts. The one-storey section facing the pool houses the spacious living and dining area with a stylish sofa set, flat-screen TV, and an eating area. Subtle colours and chic design also characterise this space. Around the corner, you will find the bright kitchen, which will impress you with its high-quality appliances as well as with a fantastic view of the surrounding area and direct access to the pool terrace. The building to the back has two floors and accommodates the bedrooms. Downstairs, you will find a great bathroom as well as two lovely bedrooms with two single beds each and spacious wardrobes. On the upper floor, the absolutely cool master bedroom towers above everything. A cosy double bed in the centre is framed by a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom, separated only by a glass front, with a nearly freestanding bathtub.

The villa is situated in a quiet location in the countryside near Pollença. You can get around easily thanks to the panoramic road MA-10 along the west coast and through the Tramuntana mountains as well as the MA-13 highway that takes you to Palma and the airport. The highlights of Pollença, such as the famous Calvary mountain, the old Roman bridge, and museums and galleries, are all within walking distance. The region's culinary options are also worth trying and offer a variety of dishes in addition to traditional Mallorcan cuisine. For hiking fans, the nearby hiking path GR 221 ("Route of dry stone walls") is just one of many options in the north of the island. Cycling enthusiasts can try mastering the curves on the way to Cap Formentor. Last but not least, the sea with its fantastic beaches and coves is only 15 minutes away by car.
