A well-kept house on a green hillside, with an impressive view of the deep blue Mediterranean Sea shimmering in the sun – nestled amidst a beautiful Mediterranean landscape, but still less than 2 km away from the nearest town: This is the villa "Albatros" near Canyamel in the east of Mallorca. Completely renovated, it offers its temporary residents everything the holidaymaker's heart desires. The large, heated pool directly in front of the sandstone-tiled terrace invites you to take a refreshing dip. Afterwards, you'll want to lie down on one of the comfortable sun loungers and enjoy a long siesta. Speaking of treats: You can enjoy freshly grilled dishes on the covered part of the terrace, where a rustic wooden table with ocean-blue designer chairs invites you to feast. Right next to it, you can relax on a walled bench with soft cushions or on the cosy outdoor chairs. Your gaze will inevitably wander into the lovely garden with numerous typically Mediterranean plants - wonderful!

Your holiday villa presents itself as fresh and maritime on the inside: The predominant colours in all living areas are a radiant white, a bold turquoise, and a soft sandy shade - a mixture that will make you feel as if you are sitting on a fine sandy beach by the sea with waves topped with white crests. The furnishings and facilities in all rooms are modern, subtle, and high-quality. In addition to the entrance area and the sophisticated kitchen, the ground floor accommodates a dining room with a large table as well as a living room with an inviting sofa and armchairs, lit up by an impressive chandelier. Two modern double bedrooms which share an en-suite bathroom as well as a guest WC complete this floor. The upper floor can be used completely separately: It also offers two double bedrooms and a bathroom, a little kitchen, and a living room -perfect for two families traveling together. And even a third party could join, because a type loft is situated on the pool level: A large room with a bed and sofa, another sofa bed, a bathroom, and a kitchen. Of course the whole house is always at your disposition and there are no other guests.

Your house is located in a well-tended urbanisation in the beautifully green eastern part of Mallorca. The relaxed coastal town of Canyamel, with numerous shopping facilities, is only about 1.7 km away, so that you can easily purchase everything you need for your holiday routine. A visit to the Playa de Canyamel beach, which has been awarded the Blue Flag seal, is also worth a visit. It is picturesquely surrounded by mountains and pine forests and, in addition to craggy and fine sandy areas, also offers a good infrastructure including sun loungers, parasols, showers, and little beach bars. Another small but excellent beach is even reachable on foot from your villa: Cala Rotja, a bay with shallow cliffs for sunbathing, is only about 400 m away. Don't miss out on a trip to the pretty little town of Artà, just 10.2 km away, which you can easily reach by hire car along the audible road. Here, narrow alleys and old houses worth seeing as well as numerous good restaurants and pretty shops await!
