You reach the property by a large gate, which opens onto a private road with space to park more than one car just a few steps from the first floor of the villa. This charming property (250 sq. M. Of floor space + 1000 sq. Meters of outdoor area) has several levels, with many terraces that make the views of the Amalfi coast and the sea simply unique. Each terrace is decorated with vases with colorful flowers, sunny at some points and shaded by pergolas, trees or tents in others. The swimming pool (16 m x 7 m open May to October) is located on the upper level, which makes it a unique place to relax surrounded by nature and breath-taking views.

The entrance is via the living room with large windows overlooking the landscape, a marble fireplace decorated with ceramic vases and lamps, a long and lovely wooden table with elegant chairs, design objects that makes the atmosphere modern and pleasant to live in. French windows lead to the terrace which is furnished with a wrought iron table and ceramic top and six wrought iron chairs. The kitchen adjacent to the living room is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge / freezer and the short distance to the terrace makes it possible to have lunch and dinner outdoors. Lastly on the same level there is a laundry room with a washing machine, a bathroom with a shower and a corridor that leads to a double bedroom with access to a terrace with a sea view and a bathroom with a large shower.
