Quiet country house with private pool in Inca, the centre of Majorca, welcomes 8 guests

Summer days are short in places like this where you can take dip in the great chlorine pool sizing 9 x 4.5 metres and with a depth that goes from 0.5 to 1.8 metres. Afterwards, you can sunbathe on one of the sunbeds, and maybe later, take a vermouth at the table by the pool. At the other side of the house you will find another seating area and maybe admire the sunset, and finally the exterior dining area protected by the tress and awning shadow, so you can enjoy it even in the central hours of the day. In addition, the house also features a barbecue so you can taste delicious grilled meat and vegetables. There is also a shower bathroom outside. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around.

This marvellous two storey house is very luminous. It is decorated in a simple but functional way, and it features all modern comforts. The living room is independent and it is equipped with a sofa and armchairs to watch satellite TV while refreshing with the AC. The spacious dining room is located by the kitchen and it has capacity for 8 people. The kitchen is also independent and it is well equipped with a gas hob, oven, dishwasher and microwave among others. You will also find a laundry with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are 4 bedrooms to rest in this house. The two first are on the ground floor, both with double bed and a closet. A shower and bathtub bathroom completes this floor. The other two bedrooms are upstairs. The first has twin beds and a closet and the last one with a double bed. There is a shower bathroom on this floor. If you are travelling with a baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair on request. There is one AC unit at the corridor of each floor for your better comfort.

Inca is a beautiful city in the centre of the island of Majorca. It offers all needed services for an independent stay: supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants,... A great street market takes place on Thursdays where you can buy from clothes and accessories to local products brought by the local farmers The nearest beach is Puerto de Alcudia and it is characterised by its white sandy beach and crystalline waters. You can visit other fantastic beaches like Can Picafort, Puerto de Pollensa, Formentor,... The centric localisation of Inca is ideal to visit other wonderful places like the city of Palma or the Tramuntana mountain range.
