Description

This luxury villa with private pool stands out from the crowd. A striking red-brick building, Villa Micaela has a privileged position within the grounds of Aroeira Club resort. This popular and beautifully cared-for leisure complex consists of golf courses, tennis courts, spa and restaurants; all set within acres of protected parkland.

Sleeping up to ten guests, a double room and bathroom are located on the ground floor and the remaining four bedrooms are on the first floor. Two of the rooms have twin beds which can be made as doubles and there is a further double room and twin room.

Spacious and with light flooding in through four sets of glass doors, the open-plan lounge and dining room is ideal for sharing mealtimes and relaxing evenings with family and friends. The modern and well-equipped kitchen features an island and bar stools, ensuring each night's nominated chef can be kept company.

Move outside and you'll emerge on the stylish outdoor terrace, complete with dining table and ten chairs. It's easy to see yourself out here enjoying a leisurely al fresco breakfast to start the day. This delightful, raised space is large enough for a comfortable seating area, which lures you over for a second, leisurely cup of coffee. There's no rush – you're on holiday!

Four steps take you down to the sun terrace, where there's space enough for everyone to pull up a chair or settle in for the day on a sun lounger. This is a sun-seekers paradise but if the heat of the afternoon proves too much, you have two options. Move to the welcome shade provided by the pine trees on the lawn or take a cooling swim in your ten-metre long private pool.

You can see a stream from the end of your garden; part of the waterways running throughout Aroeira's picturesque resort. Venture down here and be the first to try out the hammock, thoughtfully located in the shade of a pine tree. Heaven.

Villa Micaela is the perfect base for exploring the area. It's just two kilometres to the beach and Lisbon is only twenty-five kilometres away.
