Villa il Pozzo was built around the mid-800 by a baron of noble Perugian family. The house was born as a summer country residence, being close to the beautiful historic town of Bettona. After a period of relative abandonment, the current owners have completed the complete renovation according to the original designs, bringing the residence back to its former glory. The Villa is surrounded by a large and well-kept Italian garden with olive trees and Mediterranean plants that houses the swimming pool with relaxation peninsula, equipped with deck chairs and a barbecue area.
