Both the interior and exterior of the property are very modern. Stylish doors and windows ensure there is plenty of light, and a vibrant aesthetic makes each room unique. The villa's living room is occupied by two large leather sofas, a television and fireplace; this makes for a snug space when it comes to relaxing in the evenings. Simple but nice touches make the room feel homely, and patio access to the garden means you can enjoy a breeze whilst relaxing. Next to the living space, there is a dining table to enjoy meals from. Moving through to the kitchen, guests will find a modern, stylish space. The vibrant purple is a feature of the house and is shown off with pride here. The kitchen is fully equipped to cater for most needs and includes a small breakfast bar to enjoy a chat whilst cooking.

The ground floor is home to two of the bedrooms, a double bedroom and the master bedroom, the latter of which includes an en-suite bathroom for extra comfort. Upstairs Villa Alsina has a further two bedrooms, a twin single bedroom and a bunk room. Ideal for kids, these rooms both share a shower room.

The villa's exterior is the standout feature in this property. The private pool is the focal point, ideal for cooling off during the day, or even doing a few lengths before breakfast! Surrounded by a terrace and small lawn space for sun lounging, you can always ensure you'll find a sunny spot to dry off in. Children will love the outdoor playground, with swings and a slide, it is sure to bring joy to the little ones, there really is something for everyone! The covered barbecue area sits opposite the outdoor dining area; here you can enjoy big group barbecues and laugh about the days adventures before turning in for a restful sleep.

It has 1.000m2 of terrain in which you can find a swimming pool that will allow you to refresh yourself in the summer periods. #### Location
Villa Alsina can be found approximately a fifteen-minute drive from the popular tourist town of Sitges. The more rural surrounding is incredibly peaceful and offers a relaxing retreat away from the town's vibrant streets. All the amenities you may need for your stay can also be found in Sitges, with groceries also available within a five-minute drive in the nearby residential area.

The villa is near the entrance for Garraf park, so be sure to enjoy some of the local nature on walks around the park. The nature preserve is a fantastic way to explore the outdoors, wander the different trails and appreciate the natural beauty; it is a really lovely way to settle into the holiday. The villa is also just a few hundred metres from large vineyards, the perfect backdrop for a holiday in Spain.

Sitges is a wonderful town to explore during both the day and night. During the day enjoy the towns famous beaches, miles of sandy shores are met with cool, clear waters, so grab a sun lounger and bask in the warm light. Along the beaches, there are plenty of water sports available for children and adults to enjoy, so even restless holidaymakers can have a great time. If you fancy a cool drink or seafront lunch, you're in luck; the beaches are well serviced with bars and restaurants, stay for sunset and enjoy the gorgeous orange spread across the sky, there is no better introduction to an evening!

There is no shortage of restaurants within the town, with a mix of cuisines on offer you are spoilt for choice. We recommend you try some tapas paired with local wine for an authentic cultural experience. Sitges nightlife has become famous in Spain, particularly with the LGTBQ community. There are plenty of places to enjoy a drink before finding your dancing shoes into the early hours. If clubs are not your thing, don't worry, the town also has plenty of quaint bars for something a little more romantic.
