Description

Welcome to the urbanisation Costa Canyamel! The upper level of the villa stylishly awaits its guests with a four-pillar portal; cars are parked on the quiet street. The villa's exterior hides that the house extends over two storeys and that the balcony terraces offer unobstructed views of the sea to the north towards the Canyamel Bay – a delightful outdoor staircase connects the sleeping and living space. Feel like jumping in the pool and swimming some laps right after you wake up? Keep an eye on the BBQ while watching the happenings in the bay? Easy as pie! The ground floor houses the pool and sun loungers as well as a small outdoor kitchen with sun shelter and dining table. From here, you can revel in the fantastic views. Lounging in the jacuzzi under the light of the stars is literally one of the "highlights" of any holiday, and a good night's sleep can be enjoyed outside if you fancy on hot nights. The air-conditioning system with fresh air always works!

Enjoy coming home after a day on the beach or exploring the island: The upper storey hallway houses a staircase that leads to the lower storey. Here, guests can reach the bright living space passing the attached guest bathroom. The modern kitchen – with a central island with sink and worktops – harmoniously blends with the dining table and seating ensemble. Cream and beige tones radiate relaxation. The fireplace and radiators provide pleasant warmth during long movie nights; however, you can also simply open the doors to the balcony or take a refreshing dip in the pool to cool down. The lower floor is exclusively reserved for beauty sleeps. Up to six guests can choose between three comfortable bedrooms with high double beds and newly renovated en-suite bathrooms (2021) in a modern style – two with a shower, one with a shower tub, and all with a separate toilet area. Each room has a TV and its own access to the terrace; all have plenty of storage space. And if you'd like to take a private (almost) dip in the sea in the early morning, simply walk down to the rocky bay (approx. 10 minutes) and bring some fresh bread rolls with you on the way back.

The drive to the shop, to play some golf on the surrounding greens, go swimming, or explore the surrounding area with its many sights never takes long. The drive to the shop, to play some golf on the surrounding greens, go swimming, or explore the surrounding area with its many sights never takes long. On one day, you can stroll through Artà with its many narrow alleys and street cafes and climb up to the pilgrimage church of Sant Salvador to enjoy the panoramic views. On another day, you can explore the touristic activities of Cala Ratjada and return to the historic market square of Capdepera with the delightful L'Orient Café to gather your strengths to visit the medieval Castell. And on a third day, just hike up to the Torre Nova on Cap Vermell or dive into the famous stalactite caves. The Vintage 1934 restaurant in the Cap Vermell Beach Hotel delights with its exquisite kitchen and grandiose views. Otherwise, just watch the day come to an end from the villa balcony. You are just surrounded by maritime splendour.
