From the garden and the swimming pool located 20 metres below the villa and reachable by crossing a tiny street, guests can enjoy a splendid view over the surrounding Alps landscape. The property features a three-car parking space. The swimming pool area is covered with a sloping roof and equipped with a table, chairs and barbecue, perfect for enjoying a meal or a refreshing drink. The villa also boasts a large, furnished pergola terrace. You can find services including shops, bars and a restaurant in the nearby city of Mombarcaro, located only 2 kilometres away. The well-known Barolo and Barbaresco wines are produced in an area 30 kilometres away. The city of Alba (40 km away) is also worth a visit is. In Ceva (20 km away), you can access the highway and reach the Ligurian Coast (Savona is 50 km away). The ground floor features a living room with fire place, a dining room connected to a large, fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with TV and a shared bathroom, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two other bedrooms without closets, both with en-suite bathrooms and access to the terrace. The laundry room includes two washing machines and a dryer. The lower floor offers a hobby room with TV, home theatre, DVD player and access to the covered terrace. On the upper floor, you will find a large room with a double and a single bed and an en-suite bathroom.
