The famous town of Menaggio is 10 km away. Guests can enjoy numerous leisure opportunities, from walks in the mountains and woods surrounding the house, to the beaches and shores of the coast - the nearest being 5 km - to water sports in Domaso (15 km), and visits to wonderful historical villas (of which the most famous are the Villa Carlotta in Tremezzina, 14 km away, and Villa Balbianello in Lenno, 18 km away).
