Description

"Can Diego" is in a wonderfully rural setting, surrounded by lush vegetation with exquisite views of the Tramuntana mountains in the north of the island. At their foot lies the little town of Inca. The property is encircled by a lovely, almost oasis-like garden, with plenty of old trees. Lavender grows in one corner, in another a tall old palm tree; all around a divine mixture of blooming plants and greenery, you'll certainly really enjoy exploring this garden! If you're looking for places to relax, you'll you have a whole host of places to choose from: just the right piece of lounge furniture sheltered by several parasols or a quaint swinging chair. The terraces are partially covered and therefore offer (aside from the natural half-shade from the trees) cooling shade on even the hottest of Mallorcan summer days. This unique terrace construction continues onto a raised balcony with a great view to the rear of the house. The pool is reniform and guarantees fun for all the family. Furthermore, one of the terraces has a fixed stone grill for fantastic barbecue evenings in the open air. Fresh fish and delicious meat can be purchased at Inca's weekly market. The hens living on the villa's estate, as well as the herb and vegetable garden, round off its harmonious, rural character.

The property can be entered through large doors on various sides. It has three double rooms and three bathrooms in total. In addition, the fully-equipped kitchen is at your disposal. Thanks to its rustic charm, you won't be able to resist trying out recipes, whizzing around the kitchen and filling the whole house with the most appetising of scents! A washing machine and dishwasher are also available so that you can easily keep everything tidy. Other key features include a very spacious living area, TV, free WiFi for your laptop (or smartphone or tablet), CD/DVD-player and a cosy fireplace. The living room itself boasts a pleasant, friendly colour scheme and high-quality wooden furniture – this is the place to relax on the sofa or rocking chair and enjoy your free time to the fullest.

Inca lies about halfway between Palma de Mallorca and Alcúdia in the Raiguer region. Via the Ma-3240 you can quickly and easily reach either. With more than 30,000 residents, Inca is the third-largest town on the island and is more like a city by Mallorcan standards, complete with numerous shops and little places for you to quench your appetite and thirst with Spanish tapas, tasty drinks and other specialities. There is a small old town with many narrow little streets, as well a churchyard with a fountain and several cosy little cafés and restaurants. If you're feeling a little adventurous, then why not head of over to Alcúdia and Playa de Muro's coastal areas and their beaches, only around 30 km away!
