Applebarn (ref UK10654) and The Farmhouse (ref UK10655) are converted old farm outbuildings and have been renovated to a high standard. Providing comfortable accommodation for up to six guests and eight guests respectively, they are situated on the owner’s working farm in a small village called West Pennard, which is 3½ miles from Glastonbury. Both properties offer comfortable bedrooms, some with en-suite facilities, great self-catering facilities and spacious living areas perfect for unwinding in after a busy day sightseeing. Guests can enjoy their own own walled/fenced garden areas for entertaining outside, with the added bonus of use of your own hot tub and shared use of the onsite tennis court. Please note total privacy in the garden areas is not possible due to the location of properties in relation to each other on the site.
The Bungalow (UK38049) is a beautiful three-bedroom holiday home with stunning uninterrupted views of Glastonbury Tor. Set all on one floor, the spacious open plan lounge, kitchen, diner has two fabulous floors to ceiling glass walls in the lounge area, with Smart TV and comfortable sofas. The well-equipped kitchen comes complete with everything you need to make a hearty meal. The large master bedroom has Tor views, king sized bed and en-suite shower room, Bedroom two has zip and link super king bed which can be made into twins on request and a third bedroom with twin beds and en-suite shower room. The family bathroom has a bath with separate shower and Heated towel rail. Outside, you have your garden with private hot tub which also has Tor views and shared use of the onsite tennis court.
The Dairy (UK38051) is beautiful three-bedroom holiday home with Hot Tub. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you could need to cook a fabulous meal. The lounge has comfortable sofas and a Smart TV. There is also a games room, with table tennis and games console, French doors lead to the garden. Heading upstairs there is three bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room and a family bathroom. To access bedroom three, you need to walk through bedroom two and up three steps. Outside, you have your courtyard garden with private hot tub and shared use of the onsite tennis court.
You will find this peaceful location an ideal place for relaxing or for touring the West Country, including Glastonbury, with its famous tor and abbey, Wells, with its cathedral, The Bishop’s Palace and Wookey Hole Caves, and the city of Bath World Heritage Site, with its Georgian architecture, designer shops and fantastic world cuisine. The properties are surrounded by hills and footpaths making it ideal for walkers or for those just wanting a rural break. Beach 20 miles. Shop 2½ miles, pub, and restaurant ½ mile.
